"Life Begins At the End of Your Comfort Zone"...

This is so true!

I often look at where I am today, having opened the shop just a little over a year ago after some significant life changing events that lead me down this path.  I wasn't sure how it would all go and never could have imagined all that has come out of chasing this dream.

This adventure has provided so many amazing opportunities to CREATE...has taught me how to NURTURE my DREAM.  And left me excited and INSPIRED to get up and try new things everyday.

So how do we CELEBRATE?  A GIVEAWAY!

Since the shop is all about Vintage, Salvaged Treasures, and Handmades I've put together some fun things to help spark your Creative Spirit...

The Fall Edition of Flea Market Style Magazine, a wonderful soft minty green salvaged piece of Moulding, a Fork Plant Tag that reads "Nurture" and a fun Upcycled Sweater Tape Measure.

  4. I am inspired by my 4 yr old daughter Maya J who is autistic but shows me every day that its okay to be comfortable with that label. She is extremely smart, compassionate and loves to learn. People fear the label and the unknown, but she shows me the way everyday. She has has a knack for design and wants to be a Decorator when she gets big! Yay! mama's little inspiration!

  7. I was inspired to start creating by two things. Overcoming Cancer this last year. And by my Mom who has been an artist for over 35 years. I find myself like her a little more every day. I also find new inspiration by all the new people that I am meeting in the crafting world on Facebook, twitter & other places.

  12. I also liked you on Facebook....and I am inspired by many, many things, so having to narrow it down may be a little tough. I am inspire by the love of my family (Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and of course my Mother and Father)! I am inspired by new friends and cherish the old ones. I am inspired by people who exhibit humility! Those who walk with their heads held high, but without pretentiousness. Those are just a few....

  22. I get inspired by other bloggers and magazines. I like to take some beat up old stuff I get at garage sales, etc. and turn it into something fun to use for staging, myself or sometimes sell. You inspired me to take apart my metal table top and I'm now using two of the leaves for my calendar/white board! Thanks.

  23. I can't believe I hadn't already commented here, must have been distracted! So much inspires me in the blog world and of course my family, but the core of anything good comes from above. And, I pray to remember that every day.
